For leased vehicles, the refund must always go to the lienholder unless an exception is granted by the leasing company. If this is the case, please do not submit a cancellation in the HUB.  


If you would like the refund to be issued to your dealership as an exception, please contact the leasing company to obtain approval. Once you have obtained their authorization, please email the following to success@lgm.ca: 

  1. Letter of authorization (a letter or e-mail from the leasing company granting this exception) 
  2. A cancellation form signed by the dealer and customer
