For leased vehicles, the refund must always go to the lienholder unless an exception is granted by the leasing company. If this is the case, please do not submit a cancellation in the HUB.  


Instead, please e-mail the following to success@lgm.ca: 

  1. A copy of the confirmation of sale (see attached
  2. A cancellation form signed by the dealer and customer 


Once received, we will complete this request within 2 business days.
