On May 10th 2021, LGM introduced a a validation step for all email addresses entered in QuickQuote when at least one product is financed through our NIDPP. This was done in order to pursue our effort to provide ongoing support to our dealerships, a great customer experience for the contract holder and meet our regulatory requirements.
LGM Financing customers will receive an automated email asking them to verify their email address. The email will summarize what products have been purchased, what dealership they were purchased at and will inform customers that at least one product was purchased through NIDPP. It will then include a link for them to click on in order to verify their email address.
