During the certification process, if you encounter any CARFAX® related issues, it could mean that your CARFAX account is not setup correctly and therefore not connecting to the HUB.
In order for us to assist you with this, please email the following information to success@lgm.ca:
- Dealership name
- Kia Dealer Code
- Screenshot of error message
- Dealership CARFAX® account ID (click here for more details)
We will troubleshoot this with CARFAX® and our development team and ensure to follow up with you as soon as possible.
