Kia Protect Registration may only be cancelled within 30 days of the purchase date, and within 1000 km. The issuing dealership may submit their cancellation online in the HUB. (click here for more information.)
If you are looking for any exceptions to deregister a Kia Certifications after 30 days, please follow the instructions below:
A deregistration form (attached) must be emailed to:
a. Customer Success, LGM (success@lgm.ca)
b. Dealer Development Manager, LGM
c. Kia CPO department (kiacpo@kia.ca)
The subject line must be titled: VIN | Kia CPO De-Registration
Once de-registered in the HUB, the normal certification process can be followed.
