Various reason can impact a product's eligibility. They may be unavailable in Quick Quote due the following being outside eligibility:
- Vehicle's km
- Vehicle's model & year
- Vehicle's in-service date
- Contract Purchase date is outside of the alloted timeframe (click here for more details)
If an exception is being requested to sell a product outside eligibility, please reach out to your DDM for procedures around submitting an SUA. Please note that SUAs are subject to approval and may not be possible for review depending on Hub and product functionality.
