If the payment method is credit card:

A cancellation request will be approved upon immediate submission.

If the payment method is bank account: 

Due to our commitment with financial institutions, LGM must wait 9 days from the last payment received in order to determine if a payment was successful or has gone NSF. 

This means that if a cancellation has been requested within less than 9 days of the customer's last payment, it will not be approved until 9 days have lapsed.  We therefore suggest you wait before submitting this cancellation request, as the refund amount may change if a previous payment has defaulted.
