In your Quick Quote screen, click on "Vehicle/Customer Details" > "Advanced Options" > check off "Native Status".


If your customer resides on the reserve in Ontario: taxes must be manually waived by our Customer Success team. 

Please send an email to advising us of this by indicating the contract number in the subject line of your email. Upon receipt of your request, we will internally waive both taxes within 2 business days. 

Please note that if the product is financed through LGM's NIDPP program, we will arrange for both taxes to be returned to the customer directly.
