No, The windshield replacement benefit is not applicable when the customer is claiming the windshield through their primary insurer. The contract excludes coverage when the responsibility for the repair is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty or any other insurance policy or parts warranty, such as extended drivetrain, major component or full coverage warranties (regardless of our remaining manufacturer's warranty when you purchased this contract), or a repairer's guarantee/warranty. 

Furthermore, coverage under this contract is similarly limited in the event of a breakdown if we have announced our responsibility through any means, including public recalls and factory service bulletins.
