  1. End of Lease Report (AUTOVIN INSPECTION) 
  2. Final Invoice (CANADA DEALER LEASES) 
  3. Proof of payment (COPY OF DEALER CHEQUE) 


If a reimbursement is granted upon review, a cheque will be received within 2 business days.
