In order for a claim to be re-authorized, we will require for all required documents, such as the signed final invoice, sublet invoice, and any rental agreements, to be submitted to settlement@lgm.ca 


In order for this to be completed within two business days, please reference the claim or contract number in your subject line, along with the mention that it is currently in auto-void status.  (Example: "Claim 123456 - Auto-Void")
