If you are a new Service user in the Hub, you will get an error showing "Access Denied" until you have accepted the terms and conditions, which is displayed when you create your first new claim.
Once this is completed, the error message will go away.
If you encounter this problem, please follow these steps as a workaround:
1. Log into the Hub
2. Select Contract Search on the left side under the Menu
3. Click Search
4. Pick any policy and click on View Claims
5. The Terms and Conditions will appear
6. Click Accept
7. Go back to Claims Search under the Menu
8. Select your claim
