If the contract has no "Limit per Repair" specified, the claim limit is subject to the Canadian Black Book wholesale value of the vehicle at the time of repair.
This is solely determined by the Year, Make, Model, Trim, Mileage and Equipped options of the vehicle.
The claim is always limited to the lesser of the following: either the "limit per repair" or the Wholesale value of the vehicle calculated by the Canadian Black Book
