A PowerTrain Claim is a request for an Internally Lubricated component that could have broken down due to failure to adhere to the manufacturers maintenance recommendations. The most common examples are (but not limited to) Engines, Transmissions and Differentials.
Although it can be intimidating to make a large request, whether it be by phone, or through our online portal, we have created a checklist of helpful items that need to be considered and reviewed when validating a request for eligibility.
Providing us with all the information included below will ensure that we have a solid foundation for an efficient claim review to achieve the quickest resolution possible. Of course, every claim is different and we may need additional information or documentation depending on the policy, but this essential information will reduce back and forth between the repair facility and our claims team.
