In order for a CARFAX®  report number to appear during the certification process in the HUB, please ensure the following criteria is met: 

  1. The CARFAX® report was purchased from your dealership
  2. The CARFAX® report was purchased within the last 30 days (click here if it was purchased more than 30 days ago) 
  3. Vehicle is eligible for our CPO program (click here for more details) 
  4. The vehicle's in-service-date has been entered prior to clicking "Validate" 
  5. The vehicle's kilometers have been entered prior to clicking "Validate"


If an error message still appears after having verified all of the above, please e-mail the following to success@lgm.ca: 

  1. Screenshot of the information entered 
  2. Screenshot of the error message 
  3. Confirmation of your CARFAX®ID (click here for more details).
  4. Confirmation that all troubleshooting steps have been completed 


Once we have received all of the above, we will work with CARFAX® and our Technology team to resolve your issuing within 72 hours.
