Yes, we may amend the payment withdrawal dates on policies that are set up on monthly payment frequencies. In order for this to be done, please e-mail the following information to success@lgm.ca


1. Contract number(s) and/or VIN 

2. Customer name 

3. New withdrawal date being requested


Please note if a payment is scheduled to be withdrawn within the next 48 hours, it is recommended you call us in order for this to be promptly updated.  


If this request is not phoned in within 48 hours and the update was not made on time, LGM will not be responsible to cover any NSF fees incurred by the customer.
