Please verify that your VIN is accurate and composed of 17 characters — it is possible the VIN entered has a typo, a missing digit, or a missing letter. It is also possible the system does not recognize the VIN being copied and pasted from DealerTrack, due to the VIN entry being incorrect.


If you have verified your VIN and are still getting this error, please e-mail success@lgm.ca with the following information: 


1. A copy of the bill of sale or an invoice confirming the full VIN 

2. Confirmation of vehicle details (year, make, model, series) 

3. Subject line stating "Vin not found"
