Exceptions may be granted if a client provides their authorization by e-mail to success@lgm.ca.
In their e-mail authorizing this exception, they should confirm the following:
- Acknowledgement that their refund will be sent to the named dealership
- Mention of the refund dollar amount
- Date of authorization
- Customer First and Last name
We ask that you please e-mail us this cancellation request rather than submitting these requests via the HUB, as we manually review these cases individually in order to ensure refunds are paid out accordingly.
