Exceptions may be granted if a client provides their authorization by e-mail to success@lgm.ca

In their e-mail authorizing this exception, they should confirm the following: 

  1. Acknowledgement that their refund will be sent to the named dealership 
  2. Mention of the refund dollar amount 
  3. Date of authorization 
  4. Customer First and Last name 

We ask that you please e-mail us this cancellation request rather than submitting these requests via the HUB, as we manually review these cases individually in order to ensure refunds are paid out accordingly.
